Escape From Space Molenhoek is not responsible for theft and/or damage to personal belongings. Any bodily injury incurred during a visit to Escape From Space cannot be attributed to the company.

• Playing Escape From Space is entirely at your own risk.
• It is not permitted to play Escape From Space under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Arriving late may result in a shortened playtime.

It is not permitted to force or damage things. Costs incurred from willingly forcing or damaging things can be charged to the participants of the escape room.

When making a reservation, we always send a confirmation email. It is possible that this email may end up in the spam folder. If you have made a reservation but have not received a confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible. Reservations can be canceled free of charge 48 hours in advance. Cancellations can only be made via email.

• For cancellation from 48 to 24 hours in advance, we will charge €25 of the costs.
• For no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will charge 100% of the costs.
• Escape From Space reserves the right to cancel the reservation made within 24 hours of making the reservation.
